CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Cancelling With Cancellation Protection Insurance
TRANSACT Cancellation Protection Insurance may be purchased for $100 at the time of registration only. Those purchasing this option may cancel for any reason through the end of the show (March 20, 2026) and receive a 100% refund, minus the protection fee. Cancellation Protection Insurance covers the total amount paid for TRANSACT registration fees. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to
TRANSACTReg@expotracker.net.
- Without Cancellation Protection Insurance
Cancellation requests received on or prior to January 19, 2026, will be considered. All cancellation requests will be subject to an administration fee of $100 plus $50 for each special event. Cancellations must be received no later than January 19, 2026 and submitted in writing to
TRANSACTReg@expotracker.net. Cancellations will not be accepted, for requests that are received after this date.
If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Substitutions may be made 7 days or more prior to the start of the show. The request must be in writing to
TRANSACTReg@expotracker.net by the original registrant.
Golf Tournament Terms & Conditions: The deadline to register for the TRANSACT Golf Tournament is March 2, 2025. Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served
basis via this online registration form. All golfers must be registered attendees of TRANSACT.
ETA Awards & Visa Celebration: The deadline to register for the ETA Awards & Visa Celebration is March 19, 2025. In addition to the cancellation and substitution policy listed above, please know there are limited seats available, and tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. You must be a registered attendee of TRANSACT 2026 to purchase a ticket.
